I decided i'm going to write a book.
The storyline and main characters are all perfectly clear in my mind. The only thing i can't decide on is the language. Dutch or English??
In highschool my Dutch linguistics teacher told me that if i ever would decide to pick up Dutch literature as a fulltime study he'd help me get into the best place there is for that education. So i should have at least some Dutch writing skills.
Most of the my thoughts are in english though, and i find it easier to express feelings and atmospheres in english. My english grammar and spelling are far from flawless though. It would be quite emberassing to have the whole story full of grammar and spelling errors wouldn't it.
So i guess it'll be Dutch. Though i'll probably get stuck with it when i'm half way through. Some things,... or basically all things sound so hellishly lame in dutch!

how's your book coming along?
did you decide on the language... it's hard because English is such a beautiful language, but the Dutch language also has some very nice elements to it...
