been feelin shitty BUT i got a new bong. Happy day!
I've been feeling like shit and coughing entirely too much so i finally went to the doctor and I have bronchitis. of course... so i just picked up my z-pack and some of the *good* cough syrup (you know... the stuff mixed with codeine... lol) don't get me wrong, I'm not a druggie but as my doctor says, the only 2 things that can REALLY get rid of a cough is codeine and cocaine, and we can't really use the latter. I love my doctor, he's ancient but knows his shit. he was telling me today about how when he would be working on a patient he would spray a cocaine mixture on the tonsils and the back of a throat and it would instantly clear up the coughing. I have always been fascinated with drugs and and how they became what they are today. Cocaine was often used to cure headaches and toothaches and anything else you could think of, but it was kind of interesting hearing about it first hand. So after taking my 4 hourly sip of cough syrup i already feel my cough subsiding. yay!
but onto MUCH more exciting news. Finally got to head up to Gotham on long island (epic head shop) and i have FINALLY replaced my bong with a MUCH MUCH nicer one. all i do all day now is stare and drool at it and wish i had an endless supply of dank weed and not have to work for the next 2 weeks.
I got an MGW (Manifest Glassworks)tube
, with an ashcatcher and a brand name sherlock adapter thing. I also got a new bowl and a case. I am super in love with my new bowl its much bigger and has an ice-pinch design instead of your traditional hole. I have to use screens with it but the airflow is amazing firstly, and secondly. screens + ashcatcher = super clean bong. I pretty much only need to swish a little bit of isopropyl alcohol in the A/C and shake it a bit and it is clean as a whistle. not that it gets that dirty in the first place, with the screen but I do get some smoke residue buildup after a few days. It stays cleaner much longer than my last bong and the quality of this bong is superb.
It has a shower head disk diffuser design which i am pretty sure MGW invented or at least perfected. no other percs or difusers in the bong. Its stemless so no downstem to break. AC has a nice 6 arm tree honeycomb perc and with the ac and diffuser cap there is absolutely NO drag. It clears like a fucking shot gun. so quickly. Uses minimal water. Milks WAYY to fast if you're not paying attention. Hits. like. a. fucking. tank. <3 but smooth as hell! I will throw up some pictures ASAP. I might possibly be obsessed with it.
i wish i could remember who makes my bowl. it was an 80 dollar bowl. Also did i mention it is the sexiest shade of red ever? when you look at it in the light, you can see hints of purple and pink. I need to name it.
ALSO. T-MINUS 5 HOURS UNTIL HARRY POTTER! FUCK YEAH. SUPER EXCITE.
