I hate it when someone first finds out that I'm Straight Edge and they're all like, "You probably won't want to hang out with me because I'm not Straight Edge". Give me a break. If I limited my personal interactions to only people that were Straight Edge, I'd have like five friends. Ha ha. What people do with their lives is their choice. I don't judge. As long as it doesn't negatively affect me, then do whatever the fuck you want. Me being Straight Edge has nothing to do with anyone else but myself.

I get similar reactions to my vegetarianism, oddly enough. And I don't drink often and get questions about that too. But I feel the same: people make their choices; I make mine.
