Today i need to make some life changes. I've let my depression get the best of me which in turn got me in trouble for missing work. I can't lose this job. It will make my already stressful life even more stressful. I have to get healthy. I'm taking big steps but I feel like I have to. As of today I will not be drinking alcohol anymore. I'm not an alcoholic but I am not seeing any benefits of drinking so it's best to just say goodbye. On top of that I will be quitting soda and fast food after one last hurrah and burger King lol. Some may not care about my life struggles but I feel my words will be understood better here than on Facebook with people from my life. I tend to be very misunderstood which makes it hard to talk to anymore.
