A good news / bad news kinda day...

First the good news:
- i still have a job
- i'm gonna be off every Thursday and Friday for the foreseeable future
- i'm going to be eligible for overtime again
- i get to sleep an hour later on work days
- i'm no longer on call 24/7

Now the bad news
- i've technically been demoted, same pay, but i will lose a bit of respect
- i have to work 12 hour shifts
- i will be working every Sunday
- our department is another person shorter

Now for a beer....
