I'm a firm believer that sometimes it's easy to confuse problems with symptoms, if that makes sense. Maybe you're problem with her isn't really a problem at all, but is the result of a deeper underlying problem. It sounds like she's developed an insecurity in either her relationship with her boyfriend or her relationship with you that has nothing to do with that particular night when you talked to him. You should try to see if you can get to the root of the issue rather than just kiss her ass and make up for this particular issue. If theres a deeper problem, it'll just come back anyway. I over analyze things
