I found out that cutting completely something doesn't work for me... I just end up craving it and then eat some like a little piggy and be all shameful about it... I prefer asking my self this question: " Do I really want it or could I go an other day without it". I cut down a lot of unhealthy food that way. I eat a lot less of it but I still allow myself some once in a while so I never crave it... And most of the time you kind of forget about it and eat it less and less... I hardly ever eat chips or cake anymore because of that method... And when I do eat some McDo's or poutine I don't feel ashamed because it's been a while since my last time
