is it just me or do all the Italian SGs have their current crush as "Japan!" I mean...I must be missing something...is there in SG exchange program...or maybe they are there recruiting?

I've had...the biggest headache all day...I've been drinking lots of water and even broke down and took an aleve, which didn't help, so I took another one later...fookin' 'ell it's like someone;s filtering sand through my brain it's so bad...my ears are ringing...I tried sitting outside thinking it was artifficial light bothering me but that didn't help either. Guess I'll just have to wait it out.

I never realized it but my friend Shteffi periodically puts random stuff on her facebook...I thought she only ever posted to her blog. Anyway she has this to say...

Ever since I discovered the wonderful bastion of Internet freedom that is Craigslist, with its apartment listings, "free stuff" section, part time jobs, dodgy-sounding gigs, and casual encounters, I have used the personal ads section for its entertainment value when boredom strikes.

Posting bogus ads myself (see http://www.shteffi.net/blog/index.shtml#clpersonal for a full description of my "SWF seeks Potions Master for magical moments" ad) is a great pastime, and the responses are hilarious to read.

My favorite part, however, is reading other people's posts. There's always an 18-year-old looking to lose his/her virginity to anyone because, apparently, every other 18-year-old is already a sex god and he/she feels left out. There are a couple guys who post religiously every single day, using the same pics with the same line, looking for a dom woman to treat them like shit. There are plenty of LTR-seekers, and just as many "summer fling"-seekers, but then I run into a little gem like this: http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/m4w/398988443.html

He sounds nice enough, one of the more normal people on CL I should think, but the picture?



Oh god. Rule Number One for posting in the CL personals: DO NOT under any circumstances post a picture of yourself that looks exactly like Buffalo Bill from Silence of the Lambs.



I half expect him to dance around naked with his naughty bits tucked between his legs. "It rubs the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again! Yes, Precious, it gets the hose." Better hit him up soon, ladies! Before you know it, Clarice Starling will break in and he'll be off this mortal coil.

hmm... well.. japan IS cool. so maybe i shuold make that as my current crush too!

as for bad headaches? the best thing i find is trying to sleep it off. rubbish advice i know.
