Went and saw "Eagle Vs. Shark" at the local art house last night...hilarious! Seriously...I laughed so hard.
I had something else to say, but I can't remember what...I think I was gonna...nope, that's not it...erm...OH! I remem---naw that wasn't it either.
oh well.
Anyway, see Eagle Vs. Shark if you et a chance...it fucking rocks!
Update for Sunday...
Eisley rocked my world last night. They played an acoustic show, Weston the drummer played a D'jembe (or however it's spelled) and the bassist Garron played a harpsichord or something at one point...it was sooo cool! The opened, Wesley Jensen actually played with the youngest of the Dupree clan (the Dupree family make up the entirety of Eisley), and I didn't even know there was a younger one than the one in Eilsey...WOW! What a talented and musically inclined family!
Turns out that if I pre-order their new album I can get a limited edition sign lithograph too! I'm such a freaking Eisley stalker/geek!
The other thing is that I went to the Denver art museum and FINALLY got to see the new building. It was cool, although I wish it was more organized, it didn't seem to go by any real time line or anything...although I suppose a lot of modern art is harder to classify into groups since it's still happening...I'm sure they had trouble placing renaissance art in that time period as well.
