Cloud: Hot intern turned me down for doing something outside of work. She seemed genuinely interested, which is confounding, but she is changing store on Sunday...to one near her home forty minutes away. So it's no really feasible any longer.

Silver Lining: mere hours before (okay, like...10 hours) I encountered and flirting the hell out of this adorable girl at a coffee shop. She gave...

So there seems to be this disturbing trend with the young ladies in my town to drive with their free foot resting on the edge of the open car window. This does several things, First, it blocks their rear view mirror...smart, Second it, I'm sure, puts them in an excessively reclined plostion and unable to adjust said position very quickly or effectively and third, it...

Aw, c'mon, it's the road-trip recline! I've never done it for all the reasons you've listed, but I have been bored enough droning through the middle of the country to consider it. You'd have a better chance at convincing the young ladies to stop with the possibility of uneven leg tan.

so a few weeks ago I had the illconceived idea to leap off a jungle gym. owing to douglas adams' genius theory of flight I attempted to miss the ground...I did however hit the jungle gym with my shin, thus losing my concentration and hitting the ground. I discovered a rather nasty blood blister was the result of my tom foolery and cried like a...

so when I'm bored at work I look up famous people in the one hour photo database, we're hooked in with all the other Walgreen's, so I can look for pretty much anybody. I found a Christina Ricci in Berkeley, CA, I'm not sure if it's the actress or not.

but TODAY I randomly looked up the last name "Spektor" and totally came up with...

That's a perspective I hadn't explored. I'm glad you took the time to respond. smile

It's amazing what people can find to do with their boredom at work. I work security/building maintenence at night during the school year, which is possibly the most unentertaining job ever. There's a lot of e-baying and trips to the campus coffee shop. Can you take books to work? A gameboy? Tetris is always entertaining.

Finished deathly hallows in less than 12 hours...definitely worth it...it's so good. I was not optimistic, considering some of the finales I've read lately (WTF Lemony Snicket?!) Deathly Hallows was great, totally kept me on tenter's hooks trying to guess what would happen, who would die, and all that...finding myself pleasantly surprised at every turn. I laughed, I cried...

Stardust is SO good. I'm not sure how the movie looks to me, it could be really good or I could be left disappointed, but I'm hoping for the best. And I know exactly what you mean, it's a good ending but it's sad that it's over.

haha oh god Harry Potter....I'll kill myself before I even look at that book. I worked the midnight sale of the last Harry Potter book, that was a trip.

But anyway, this is a late response but: thanks for the kind words on my last blog. I really really appreciated them.

I finally found an embedable version of this Eisley video...yay!

saraphine:
So you watched the videos? I admit I sat here and watched every one of them and now want to watch the rest of it- which I own. I saw them after Disintegration came out when I was 15. It was my first concert and still to this day remains as the best concert I have ever seen. ever!
saraphine:
I will I swear! smile

never ever set an open bag of chex mix on your passenger seat...they don't take corners well

So I think that it's been determined by the powers that be that I am not allowed to actually have money.

Turns out that when you bounce a check, they keep running it until it goes through. I had never bounced a check before so I didn't know...

So I'm thinking I need more male friends...I'm miserably lacking in them...I've gone so far as to saying I need a "man-date"

That's not to say I don't want to meet new girls too...I like meeting anyone new, because honestly I'm not that picky and I just need a change of scene in general.

I live with two girls and my roommate's black lab, who...
