So I just got home from work.... my 3rd day. And I got FIRED. Why you ask, because i didnt put a job down that I had 2 years ago and I Quit, (I walked out and left an email. the Job Sucked BAD, no one worked and the Owner sat on the phone all day with friends and didnt get her work done so it was a hostile mess.) I left in the first 90 days of employment when it is voluntary for both the employee and the employer to terminate without notice. APARENTLY the owner said I was Non Re hirable. So the current employer said " If we had known this in the beginning we wouldnt have hired you" and then handed me a check for my 3 days and that was that.
Is this even legal?
