Yesterday i had a woman call into Domino's and yell at ME for not cutting her pizza. I asked her if i could put her on hold because we were in a rush and she was like "do you have too?" and i said "yes ma'am we do" and then i just put her on hold. Just because SOMEONE THAT WASNT ME DIDNT CUT YOUR PIZZAS IT ISNT MY FAULT!!! you have two hands and a cutter...do it yourself!
A girl (mid to late teens) called in today and told me she had asked a pizza be delivered and it wasnt there. I looked into it and told her it should be there in about 10 minutes. She replied, "well ok...im just STARVING...THANKS....bye *click*" ok...your pizza is a few minutes late, not my problem either, i just make them! I DONT CUT THEM AND I DONT DELIVER THEM...jeez...other than those two people every customer i've delt with has been really great. I'm gonna go dye my hair now!
