I have been looking forward to going to the 4 x 4 show tonight at the Tripel Rock. I got donw there thinking doors were at 8. Locked. went to the bar for some grub. Ate that as a frined of mine showed up. Hung out for a while to realize doors were at 9 show at 10. As we hung out and bullshitted came to be aware that I didn't really want to be there. The gang went on to the show as I got myself up to leave.

Earlier today I got a confermation call about my dentist appointment at noon tomorow. Later I got a message to call the Loss Prevention guy at work(UPS). long fucking story but "I" am suing a guy for money he owes UPS. The whole thing has been fucked up with the paperwork and all but I find out this afternoon that "I" have a court date tomorrow. I am not very comfortable with this situation.

I accepted two checks for some cod packages I deliverd quite a while ago. They both bounced. I went back the to place many times to try and collect. I got one of the checks from him. The other he refused to pay. The checks were post dated. I didn't notice that. We aren't suppose ot take post dated checks. So since I wasn't suppose to take the checks UPS was going to take their loss out of my paycheck. I greived this. They held off the grievence if I would sue the guy instead. Even if "I" win it doesn't insure I will be paid. The union has done little to support me in this other than going along with it. I am frustrated and fear what I may get into tomorrow. I also has to rescedule my dentist app. last minute. I am losing a whole days work over this that I will not get back.

Went to court this morning to find that the case will be dismissed because the defendant never got served.
It seems that the paperwork to serve him with was suppose to go to me. I never got it since it was filed under my old address. So i filed again and paid yet another court fee. I am getting quite sickof this.
