It's been a while since I've been online. What the hell happened to this place?
I went down to renew my tabs this morning. I got up all extra early and everything (no easy task after a night out).
I show up to find that they are closed today for culumbus day. What kind of crap is that. So yeah my tabs are useless after... Read More
And of all things, the mail does not run today. That means no checks comming in at work... that means they will all come in tomorrow... so it is like having two days worth of mail in one day SHIT! I hate it when the mail does not run
I woke up this AM to my phone chirping
on the other end was a friend that I rarely hear from
She goes on to tell me that her husband (also my friend) was hit by a car yesterday while riding his bike.
She said something about a helmet but I don't think I understood whether he was wearing one or not. I assume he... Read More
A friend had a spare ticket for the Cho/DiFranco on sunday. So yeah I got to go to show I never thought I'd see. I was quite happy to go though. I figured Ani would play a longer set considering how much material she has. But it was a good show. She changed guitars every single song. And the poem she read at the end... Read More
I love Margaret Cho. Wish I could have gone to that show. Although I am not a huge Difranco fan. See you at the flogging molly show if not before.
Oh and this love thing is incredible. Really. Even when it hurts. Even when it is unrequited ( in either direction) love is fucking awesome. I am all about the love these days.
Went to a kegger last night
it was pretty lame
they had food and a wop and a keg of crappy beer
Of course I drank it
it was free
but yeah didn't know anyone and the ones I did know were just generally boring
the bonfire was impressive though
so here I am back from my vacation
assuming to get shit on at work
for some reason I kicked ass today at work
I hate the fact that work benefits from my taking a week off
I always seem to do a kickass job after getting a few days off
they should give me more weeks off
imagine how well I would do if... Read More
That is an odd thing. My most functional office times are before and after vacations. Maybe even more so before hand. I scramble to get as much done as possible, and set up the troops for what needs to occour in my absence. For example... right now... lazy piece of shit. Nothing coming up.
yeah..i'm always feeling like being nice to the customers after a few days off. they should give me a long weekend every week..really, it would be to their benefit..
I did the St. Paul Classic ride yesterday after only getting about 3 hours of sleep. The previous night I also only got about 3 to 4 hours of sleep. But after the ride I was thinking I could do another 20 to 30 more miles. Glad I didn't. My neck is a bit stiff from the riding position that I'm not used to.
good to hear you are enjoying your vacation. The classic sounds like it would be a blast. I am so loving having my bike back. I bought my Flogging Molly tickets today. You still going?
I just got my bicycle back from the shop just in time for the St. Paul Classic this weekend. Just need to swap out the pedals and take a bracket or two off and its set to go. Oh and it needs a water cage.
Yes I had a good birthday. I didn't get to hang out with everyone I wanted to but I was... Read More

Hey just wanted to say it was nice seeing you on Sunday. I needed some cheering up and tension free conversation. I am going to stop by Big Brain tomorrow & see if i can find that series you were talking about. Hope to see you soon.
Night of the Lepus (1972)
Cole Hillman's Arizona ranch is plagued with 'mongrel' rabbits, and he wants to employ an ecologically sound control method. As a favor to college benefactor Hillman, college president Elgin Clark calls in zoologist Roy Bennett to help. Bennett immediately begins injecting rabbits with hormones and genetically mutated blood in an effort to develop a method of disrupting rabbit reproduction. One of the test subjects escapes, resulting in a race of bloodthirsty, wolf-sized, man-, horse-, and cow-eating bunnies. Eventually the National Guard is called in for a final showdown with the terrorizing rabbits.
So I think your haircut seems fine. but then again, you have seen my hair, WTF could I know. I plan on seeing the Black Keys & Flogging Molly so I will see you there. I am sure I will see you before then as well but still see ya there. Oh and um now that suiclide is going back (gone?) does that mean people wont be doing Teusdays at the Triple Rock? because personally I rather enjoyed them. Be nice if it kept happening.
Can't remember the last time I did get all "silly" from whiskey?
