Whats going on? anything I can do?

I found it a little more this morning thank you sweetie - I was up at a half decent time and came into work for about 11 which is ace for me!

Gonna get on with some work right now but wanted to say hi first. You know if you ever need a chat, you can always give me a missed call. I get 300 minutes free every month and I'd love to speak to you at some point! I hate it when my friends are upset and confused and I want to help.

Omg, they are good, how the hell are you and your family? Right before I left you had your son! Man, my little girl is already 6 months old! Time is flying by...I'm glad to be back...Hope everything is well for you.

Babes are soft and spongy for good reason ... I used to have a bunk bed as a tot (space thing). My brother wet, so I had to live on top. I would routinely fall off... and stay asleep, or chicken dive off for kicks..... I'm just fine... *eyes tick alternately*.

It's only an accident, and now you have your lesson learned: don't play with heavy stuff around your son

One thing I've learn about kids is: if they don't see you worried, they don't cry, only if it really hurts. If they were crying only because they got scared, if you look at them just curios, and not worried, they usually stop. Is a good way to see if they got scared or hurt.

I don't have kids myself but I've taken care of a lot of them, loads of times...

pedometers are wierd. i had one once and i never realised how many steps i take in a day. crazy. i hope the weigh in goes ok x

Remember that you need to make eating changes for life not just to lose weight in the short term. And remember to treat yourself with something every now and again too!!!

I'm gonna weigh myself tomorrow too - lets see how we're getting on! Agghhh!

Walking is always the best way... if you have to get 3 things from upstairs, get them one at a time etc... Walking burns calories but doesn't work muscle like gym work. It's how I stay slim, lol, well the stairs thing is mostly because I'm so scatter brained. But i'll walk to the 3rd corner shop away if I've had a calories rich meal and the like... oh... and figgiting, burns a hell of a lot more than you'd think.

You should never forget and I know you wont, but at the same time you should be happy, I'm sure your little angel is watching over you trying to help you heal. I hope your Christmas was as good as it could be considering everything.

Thats really sad, Im not sure about the whole thing, I think it is possible that it does happen, but I would think after they did about 10 exorcisms that I would come to believe that it was all in her head, but I dont know the whole story so I cant be 100% sure if it was real or not.

i'm glad they are back now.
