ok so today i went to the hospital, more bloods were taken, ouch! they had to try both arms cos my vains are so deep 
apparently by the results louis isnt that big after all....hes just above what he should be, so thats great.

Well you know how I am sympathise with you on the parental front. Yes afraid sleep is going to be a stranger for a while sweetie but Louis will be worth it x
had an appointment with the dietician and my diabetes nurse today.
the diet changes have helped keep my blood sugar levels lower than expected and so i may not need insulin after all, and if i do it will only be one shot of a small dose at night to help throught he night when i cant control it.
so thats great news!

Glad you and the little one are okay, car crashes are never fun but I know it must have been even worse worrying about Louis. Brian is a good guy, i know he will always be good to you and be the best dad.

According to my father, it usually recedes upon giving birth, but you will have to make adjustments to your diet. Don't panic and don't get depressed, this is not an unusual condition, and it isn't terribly dangerous to the baby either.
