so nevermind, im gonna get a rowing machine instead to help me lose more weight.
and my friend toria isnt home at the mo, shes over at her bf house which is quite far away so i cant go for a walk with her today so brian and louis are gonna come with me instead, means i cant go the way i usally go cos you cant take a pushchair but it will still be burning fat and thats what i need.
im nervous about tonight but im sure i will have lost...i havnt slipped so i should see results.
right, gonna go get a jacket on and then go out for this walk, hope it doesnt rain on us!

Im glad Brian went with you, I walk by myself all the time and it is always so lonely.
I really hope you lost at least as much as you wanted to.
Yorksire pudding looks good, but not at all what I thought it was going to be, pudding is totally different over here.
