im just so tired right now i feel like i could sleep forever...i have no idea why im so damn tired.
bought an exercise dvd the other day, someone who get as fat as me, with the same height, and has lost 6 stone....so if thats not motivation i dont know what is! im hoping to do it whenever i can.
