hope you all had a nice christmas smile

now that things with louis have calmed down and im getting more and more used to having him around and being a mother....its time to shape up!
im starting a mission to lose some weight. ive got no exuses...... i have been told that if i dont loose weight, my chance of becoming properly diabetic is hightened greatly.....and my self esteem has been low for far too long.
when brian first met me....i was slim and felt good about myself. ( admittedly....it was all through eating disorders) i am determined to do it the healthy way....because otherwise it never lasts.

i want to be me again.

im gonna do a weekly weigh in.....im gonna shame myself by revealing it to you guys.

so starting today, this morning:

weight : 16 stone 10 lbs / 234 lbs ( i know soooo bad....ive gained quite a bit since loosing all my baby weight frown )

1st goal weight : 15 stone 13 lbs / 223 lbs( my pre baby weight, which is very overweight still i know but its a start)



wish me luck....this time....its for my son

wow, it sounds like you need to lose wait for your health, I hear being diabetic is really tuff. Good luck, I know you can do it, you are strong, just try and you will do great.

Walking is always the best way... if you have to get 3 things from upstairs, get them one at a time etc... Walking burns calories but doesn't work muscle like gym work. It's how I stay slim, lol, well the stairs thing is mostly because I'm so scatter brained. But i'll walk to the 3rd corner shop away if I've had a calories rich meal and the like... oh... and figgiting, burns a hell of a lot more than you'd think. smile
