when i was younger many of my favorite toys were ones you could build things with. like regular wooden blocks or lego or construx, stuff like that. several year's ago i saw this...
and thought it was pretty cool and that i might like to try to build it. i had forgotten about it but then a couple years ago i got it for christmas, and i havent even tried to put it together yet. mostly because when complete its gonna be like 6 feet long and 3 feet high and i didnt really have the room. well i dont really do much anyway and i could use a project i think, so let the construction begin! i'll document my progress thru some pics, here are the rest of "phase 1"
