you know, Irish Doug, following up on erlier journal entry of yours, I wsh there was frinds history feature that had a list of everyyone who once was on your friend list, the date they left, and the reason why

1. Went grey due to bad credit/boredom
2. Went anonymous to outrun the cops
3. Drunkenly erased all their friends
4. Simply just hates me.


Cause today, I can just tell by the configureation of my list someone is gone, and damned if I know who.

Doug, a good deal of how people see us is how we see ourselves and carry ourselves. I know it sounds canned, and I know it's tough to build some confidence on nothing, but there's a trick I learned.

Fake it.

I have no self-confidence outside of video games, really. But between developing a 'fuck it, I'll try it' mindset and changing how I walk/stand/sit/talk to people, it's made a big difference.

C'mon man, you like TOOL, that's a good start
