alright. so a little update for everyone. today was actually really good and just got even better.
first, i had the best day at work in a long time. as you may have heard me say before, i dont mind my job, i just dont like the people around me. well they arent around me anymore.
last week, my boss told me that he had some new seats on the other side of the floor cuz we were getting some new people and he asked if i wanted one of these seats, my exact answer was "hell yeah!" he knows i have a problem with the people around me, and yet he cant get them to stop, thats a long story, but whatever. so i sat in my desk, it was quiet and peaceful and i'm really happy.
now if you missed my last journal, please go back and read it and find out about my friends wedding last friday and the girl (his cousin) that i met. and you may know there was some drama about getting her number, we couldnt find anything to write on or with so i was supposed to get it from my friend, but he left for vegas (honeymoon) before i could get it. and i was worried that i might not be able to get it until they got back, sometime this weekend. and i hoped that if i couldnt talk to her until then that she woudlnt think i wasnt interested. but anyway, i just talked to my friends brother and got the number. so now all i have to do is call, easier said than done for me, but i will call. maybe tonight, but i'll probably an hour or so if i do call tonight. ok, i feel like i'm rambling now, but i am really excited. god i hope this works out.
OH! and the funny thing about all this, i was supposed to have a date to this wedding, and that ended really badly, if you want the details let me know. and even if i didnt meet this girl i was glad i didnt have a date, but i am even more glad now. its funny how things work out.

after much procrastinating, i finally made the call, but there was no answer. i did get the machine, but couldnt bring myself to leave a message. i'll try again tomorrow.
