well after about 24 hours of no internet, i am back. boy that sucked. monday morning i got up and had no connection, this is always frustrating. but especially that day cuz i was hoping for an email or comment from Katie saying she made it home ok. of course she did, but i didnt find that out til after work when i used my mom's computer to check email and stuff. i knew she would be fine, but i'm a worrier, what can i say?
but the whole internet being down thing.......
i called early monday morning and they said they were aware of an outage, but to expect problems all day sunday, but now its monday, so what the hell? so i went to work, figuring it would be back when i got home. NO. called them again, recording of course. no reported outages in your area. oh really, i beg to differ. so i wait on hold, FOREVER, and listen to their recordings about all kinds of crap and one says that there is an outage in Columbus, OH and surronding areas, well, if i am in a surronding area of Columbus, thats news to me. i finally get to talk to a person after like half an hour on hold and i tell her i'm down, and she says, oh youre in Michigan, yes i am, yeah youre gonna be down for a while, but it will be back on today. but she said it like i shouldve known. i was not happy. but i do get a credit on my bill for the time it was down. whoopee. now i dont know what time it did come back, but it wasnt before i went to bed at about 10:30. and they finally did update their recording, but even then it didnt list my city. but like everyone around me so it was at least better than telling me Ohio is out.
ok, enough ranting about that. i had to laugh at work today. we are held to a production standard, so much work per hour kinda thing, and everyday you get your percentage for the previous day. so today i got mine for yesterday. yesterday was like an out of body experience, my body was there, my head wasnt, my head was in Wisconsin
. so i figured my production would either be really horrible, or it would be great, cuz i was just in a zone. well i was around 120% with only 1 error for the day. not bad. 
too bad the day just dragged on though. its weird, i'm in a new place mentally, but i like it.

i was told two things yesterday that not only made my day, they made my year or maybe even more. i'm gonna keep them between me and one other person. but just be happy for me. cuz i am damn happy!
***i also felt i needed a happier looking profile pic. i looked too sad in the other one. and i am certainly not sad. but the quality isnt too good, perhaps i'll try for a better one later.
