So I just watched a video yesterday about how in the last month, pretty much everywhere in the world, there has been really crazy weather. It was a compilation of news reports and basically everyone said the same thing "we've never seen anything like this before". If I can find the link again I'll post it. So then it's raining here yesterday, nothing out of the ordinary really, until I got home around 5. The rain really started to pick up for about an hour and flooded the streets and my basement and all my neighbors' basements. I saw several cars underwater up to the windows. Crazy.
I've seen heavy rain, I've seen flooding, my basement hasn't ever flooded though... Never seen that before.
