So Jen and I went to a strip club last night. First time for me, second time for her. Strip clubs never really interested me, always felt it was like going to a restaurant where you couldn't eat the food. Although I always had the suspicion you could taste it a little and last night I found out that was true. I also found out...

In a bad place right now. Lots of things going on and just trying not to think about them. Sadly, I know this won't make it any better.

Went to see Twenty One Pilots, Panic at the Disco and Fall Out Boy last night. Not a bad show. Jen was much more excited to go than I was, but I had a good time.

Best seats I've had at any concert too. Not that I've been to too many. This was only number 3.
mutantbaby1:
Cool.

Working from home today, will get to spend a little more time on here.

Had a good weekend. went to the Michigan game on Saturday, they beat notre dame, always a good thing. Lions won too so that's good.

Busy week this week, having the house measured for new carpet today, getting a new fridge and mattress on Wednesday and getting a new sliding closet...

Nothing yet. I'm saving some money from odd jobs but I don't have nearly enough to go to Columbus for 3 days unless I win a contest or something.

Well actually I'm a UofM Dearborn Alum, with some Grad School. I Co-op at a company on North Campus in Ann-Arbor so spent a lot of time there. Also growing up I was good friends with someone whose father did stats for all the UofM football games, so I used to go to a lot of the games. Tailgate at the golf course, and go to the old stadium, back when they used to let you out on the field during half time.

My wife is a Lawrence Tech Alum.

Well, there's also Austin Comic Con coming soon. I've never been to Austin so that should be fun.

So my car got broken into last night. Well, I shouldn't say "broken" into because I'm pretty sure I left it unlocked. Lost my phone charger and a cord for my iPod, could've been worse. At least the car is fine and still there.

Just feel violated. mad
mutantbaby1:
That sucks man. This economy has people jacking Ipod cords now? Damn politicians! mad

So, the kids enjoyed their day out with Dad. It was fun.

And now, random thoughts from me...

I really hate my phone, I need a new one badly. Hope I can upgrade soon. If you ever see the commercials for whatever phone company that is with Bill Hader where he's trying to get his phone upgraded, that's me.

I hate facebook, but I've always...

Thanks for the add smile. Good luck on finding a job in whatever field you degree is in, I'm kinda in the same boat except its largely my own doing (kinda got lazy after I graduated and stopped looking after a while).

Heh, I need to update my info actually because lately I have been drinking again. Not alot and mostly in the company of my new roommate but its enough that I can't claim edge anymore smile. I'm totally down with hanging out sometime, I'm mostly only free on weekends though.

Have the day off work tomorrow because the kids' daycare is closed. I'll be taking them to Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village. Time to ride the train. smile

On a side note my wife gave me a nice surprise tonight... out of almost nowhere she got her nipples pierced. Not entirely out of nowhere because she knows it's a turn on for me but I...

My 3 year old son wanted to watch Star Wars for the first time today. He's heard the Imperial March on my iPod (doesn't everyone have that on there? wink ) So I put on the DVD of episode IV. He only made it the part where they leave Mos Eisley....

My 3 year old nephew knows what Darth Vader says (he makes the breathing noise) AND, I just taught him "What does Admiral Akbar say?" "It's a trap!"

Have faith, the young padawan will learn the ways of the force.
