You know, you'll burrn more calories, having bacon and eggs for breakfast then if you ate nothing. I lost 70 pounds in a year abnd a half by eating normal food, and just excersising, trust me eat food, if you want to diet try it for a few weeks on and off that way your body won't relaizer your dieting, BUt all I did to lose 70 pounds was eat normally and workout 3-5 times aweek, i know exaclty how you feel.
