For some reason, I regularly get in a mood where I feel like life is so mundane and boring. I happen to be in one of those moods right now. So...anyone know how to realize that life can be exciting and fun and that this boring existence I feel is actually interesting enough to stimulate me?

do something not just spontaneous, but something that's not approved of. like randomly running through a library screaming, and drag someone with you who can be just a silly. that's just an example, and probably not as cool as many other ideas i could think of, if given time.... but an example nonetheless.


or just go someplace you've been meaning to but haven't been yet. eat something you think you don't like, but prepared in a different way.

Eat as many doughnuts as you can in 2 minutes.
The sugar explosion will make you hyper and giddy.
And possibly, afterwards you will feel guilty for eating so much crap, and guilt and depression are artistic fuel.
