so with my percived extra $800 this month...(remember i got the blank rent bill and went ot clear it up and they told me it was blank because it was my last month)... well today i get this official nasty PAY YOUR RENT NOW OR DIE notice... so again i go in to clear this up.. and now the story has changed somewhat.. they concied the bill was blank and that it was blank because it was my last month.. however a blank bill does not mean you dont owe rent like any person of resonable intelegents would think... what it really means is they dont want to tell you how much you owe so you have to walk into the office to find out how much your rent is that month (like you wouldent remember the amount from the previous 11 assrapings) at which point they have the chance to try to sell you a new lease... (atleast thats the reasoning the girl at the desk gave me as the manager who who told me i dident ow rent before was yelling over her that i should be paying up)... so ontop of the $800 rent i normal owe they want a $75 late fee...

only in america could you get a bill for $0.00 and end up owing $875.00
