So, I'm trying to stay positive. I have 10 days to be able to reach my goal. I'm not sure how well I'll be able to accomplish it. Ten days to raise as much money as I can to get honey home for 4th of July, and about 14 days to be able to get the magazine done. ...
Now, I'm sure I can do the magazine in 14. I usually did it in a little less then 2 weeks... except that I wasn't working all the time when I was doing it. I know I can do it, but it adds an interesting aspect to it. I'm having some difficulty with it, though... I'm getting everything piecemeal... so I'm having to try to organize it on my own. I had a talk with the owner about this before, he said he would organize it better... and it is a little better then it was, but it's still chaotic. Maybe next month will be better... HAHA
And my money dilemmas are still being interesting. I'm working towards getting honey home. I have about $800 or so of the $2500. I know hubby's going to contribute some money towards it. I'm also owed a lot of money ($750), but I'll be lucky if I see $100-200 of it to help with his.... which is infuriating! ($500 of it is from selling a car; the guy's had it for about 2 months and not paid a penny on it; and the other $250 is from a cell phone bill.) I really wish I could cash in on those debts now, it would make life easier all around.
I swear, after this whole hoorah is over I won't be bitching about money for a long time. LOL... I might mention goals and all, but it won't be anything like this. But I need honey home, he helps keep my anxiety in check, he cooks good meals (so we don't end up spending a fortune on food)... and all in all he makes me happy (most of the time... lol).
Plus, for us to figure out what we're going to be planning for the future, I need to have him home to get his input. ...are we getting a house, or getting back on a boat? I though we were going to be doing the house. Hubby kept on talking about it, and I went along with it... looked at the positives of having a house. Now he just wants to be on a boat again... I'm tired of these swings. Steve and I need to figure out what we're going to do, and see if hubby wants to do it too. And the boat would be more economical IF we could find one that we could afford, and learn how to do the few things that we need to be able to to keep us going, (like outboard repair).
