Wow, I think this has been the longest I've gone without a blog since I joined... LOL!

Ok...

Saturday, we went over to our friend's place. Ended up going out to "Palmyra Day", the town's festival. The kids loved it. I only went for a little bit, and got to see Lil and her friend try to climb the wall and tried pizza at one of the local places. Then we went back to our friends, and hung out. Honey and I ended up spending the night.

The next day, we got to see the house (which I will go on about later in the blog). I also took pictures of all the of things that the blacksmith shop has for sale now. (They mostly do custom work, but they have somethings that they have made that are for sale.)

So... the house.... It's not what I was expecting... little things, like they said it was 4 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths... HA! It's a 3 bedroom, there i no way they can call the 2 halves of the attic 2 separate rooms... they're only divided by a half wall. And the 1/2 bath... No, it's only a toilet. To be a half bath, it would need a sink too. But other then that, I like it. They're asking 148,500, our realtor said his guess would be it was worth $95000-100000, not 148,500 by any stretch.

So, we have a couple little things to fix with out credit, and get a pre-approval for what we want to bid... and we're going to make a bid on it. I think it would work for us, even if I don't get everything I want... (no basement bar )
