0 for 2 on electricians showing up today, with one more scheduled appointment this hour.
9am: no call, no show.
12pm: had called yesterday at noon to reschedule to today, today no call, no show. I called him, left a message, got no call back.
Maybe the one between 4 and 5 will show.
Problem is, it's now at the point where I expect them NOT to show up. Got that from the experience these last couple days, but expectations have a way of being fulfilled in things like this. Not my initial expectation that we'd make appointments and they would just show up as scheduled, but now that they're not, and my belief is now reinforcing that, it might be even harder to get anyone here. Hard to say, and not exactly something I know how to change.
Still a couple of appointments tomorrow... and I can go to the phone book for more people to call. I think I'd rather see if 3rd Alley's drummer will try the guy he knows again. At this point, a personal referral would seem like a lot better bet.
