DAMN IT!
I am sick, yet again! I hate frickin' winter with a passion. Not only am I severely cold ALL the damned time, but as soon as it starts to get warm again, I get sick. Usually five or six times in a row over a few months.
Last week I was sick on Friday and Saturday, so I got on antibiotics. I haven't even finished those yet, and I'm already sick again (Monday) with tonsillitis. Gay! My tonsils and glands under my chin are swollen incredibly, my throat hurts like a bitch, and I am having a horrible time swallowing. I keep waking up every few hours that I try to sleep because I can't breathe very well due to the swelling in my throat. Blah!!
I went to K-Mart earlier tonight to gather supplies for 'Le Sickness pt. 2". This consisted of:
Campbell's ABC Vegetable Soup
Cepocal Throat Drops (10% benzocaine).
Advil.
7-Up.
Plus I got chips, a couple shooter bottles of Seagrams (so my overslept ass can go to bed), chunk chicken (for chicken salad tomorrow), cigarettes (ugh, no good), and lighters for me and my momma. <3
This SUCKS. *cry*
It's my day off, and I should be running around having fun and visiting friends, but noooo. I've had to be holed up in my house for days being icky-sick.
Friday, I did get to go with my girls from work to Club Evolution, though. It was fun. We had lots of drinks, lots of laughs, and lots of dancing. We made a true 'GC SANDWICH' on the dance floor with six of us, hahahah!! I haven't had a girls' night out since I was in high school, so this was a great adventure.
Ok, I shouldn't ramble...perhaps I shall go watch funny OL cartoons on Newgrounds. That always cheers me up.
