Heh. I was supposed to go out with peteyrock for sushi earlier, but he never called! Damn. That's what I get for being busy yesterday, eh?
Pete and Darqyn are heading out to Iraq VERY soon. Everyone should absolutely go wish them luck and tell them to be safe. Right right?
I had a fun day, if rather uneventful.
I woke up and mami cooked breakfast, and I took a shower and begged mom to borrow her truck, and she said yes, hooray! Jordan (my ex and very good friend) called around 12:30 and we made plans to meet at the bar at 1:30. So I headed out and waited at the bar for him for thirty minutes because he is very slow. Heh.
We drank a pitcher of beer (and I had one more glass) before taking a 'pre-driving' piss and heading out. I took him to Mission Mall to see this new store I found, and we were like kids in a candy store, ser10us. Heh. (Pete called me on the way to the mall, haha)
I ended up buying Jordan a Cradle of Filth shirt that he's been coveting for awhile (his birthday is at the end of the month).
I had my eye on lots of stuff, mostly shit with skulls on it. Heh. I ended up buying a very, very cool curved barbell for my navel that has a skull with a movable jaw on it. (!!!!!!!!!) It's fucking tight.
I also bought a new beanie with a skull and crossbones on it, and retired my frenchy-frog beret for good. There was also a purse with the skull and crossbones for $20 that I want a lot, and a belt that was way too fucking cool. I think I may have to go back and buy the belt in a couple of days. Thank god I have a smidgeon of money for once in my life.
Anyway, after that we realized Jordan had to pick his girl up from work in awhile, so instead of tooling around like normal we went back to the bar and had another pitcher of beer and watched some football. Then he had to go, so we both left.
He gave me back an Everclear CD that I'd left at the apartment when I moved out, so I was happy to get that back. I'm so cheesy, I put it in and sang along really loud on the way home. Haha.
When I got back mom was smokin' a j, ha, so I went in and had a bit with her, and then decided to take a nap before sushi. So I set my alarm on my phone for 7:25 and hooked it to my pocket before taking a nap. I slept until it went off, and watched TV until about nine. I figured sushi wasn't happening by then, so I went and got McDonalds and got some food, stopped at the liquor store for some brandy, and came home. Since then I've just been sitting around drinking and texting people. Fun fun.
Anyone local like to text? If so, you should send me your number. Yeah.
I need to get out more.
