Teasing from Stiles finally gets me to write again
I saw Matrix finally 2 nights ago. That was an awesome movie! I can even get over Keanu saying "Whoa!" again because it was so cool. The sets were very William Gibson/H.R. Giger, which is exactly the scarycool I like. A little Anne Rice Vampiresexy is the only possible improvement on that combination.
Has anyone here seen Johnny Mnemonic? The original Gibson short story was awesome, but I heard the movie sucked, mainly because of Keanu. I had tarred Matrix with the same brush. But if I wound up liking Matrix, maybe I should see Mnemonic.

Tell me Key West might work - any good news?
Flop and I got a good laugh when you said "do something that scares you like go to a gay bar." Last year I did a project for work where I coordinated a recruit of guys from gay bars and sex clubs. Plus living in SF you can't help but go in gay bars quite a bit.
On the other hand, last year I did do something that I was very afraid of. I started SCUBA diving. Flop talked me into it, plus all those cute little fishies are so irresisible. It is weird to breath under water. I'm getting better though, we had a great dive yesterday morning. Harbor seals swam with us. Pretty fucking cool. Things under the water getting me was my one major fear. I'm not sure I can think of any others. I will try.
Oh, and I will definitly get a big ice cream sundae. You should come out and have one with us.
