i learned a technique years ago with counseling and learning that helps your mind from racing. I learned to because i find that my mind races before bed. It is called a brain dump all you need to do is write and write until you cant write anything else left in your brain hole.... Then i love to follow it up with gratitude.. Things im grateful for.
