man im so tired i havent been sleeping since i split up with my ex. I cant believe she is my ex that really really sucks. i miss her to bits. I have lots of friends and family but nothing compares to having someone who knows you really well. I just want to go to sleep for a long long time and wake up feeling refreshed and focused. All i do is my shitty job go to the gym and watch tv shows. I want to finish my study and make something of myself but i lack the motivation im 28 when the fuck will i grow up and be a man...... Im so angry with myself and hurt and sad and disappointed in life.... Any advice from anyone on here?
