Spending 7 hours in the water is good for you. long hard day but it was very good for me. I didn't surf my best today but ut was a challenging break with aggressive surfers. It is good to ride that type of break sometimes. Of coure there is nothing like an amazing thai food to finish the day. I didn't get anything done and it was great. I taste like salt and smell like the ocean. Sounds about right to me.
