You know, it's tough trying to keep up with two blogs at once. I'm also on tribe.net and I'm never sure which one to update... therefore, as is more often the case, neither one gets updated.
Brief run-down on life...
The Germany plan seems to still be on track. It's looking like I'll be married before we go over. First, I'd been planning to ask her for awhile and second, it's the only way that her company will pay for both of us to move.
Rode the fixie on a group ride last night. Lot's of fun. We ride about 20 miles every Wednesday night and then eat Mexican food and drink Margaritas afterward.
I'm currently 2nd in the Midwest Fat Tire Series Duathlon 40-49 standings It surprised me to find that out. Those results are minus last weekends results where I placed 2nd in the Duathlon on Sat. and 11th in the Marathon class (3 hours +) on a rigid single-speed against all comers from junior through pro. Feeling pretty good about it.

And about the ruining of a good frienship, I've almost done that, too. My first reaction after the split was to check on this girl that I've always had a mild crush on and she fell madly in love with me. Then I had to realise that there's no way I could deal with a new commitment right now. And that the only reason for me going out with her was to make myself feel better. She didn't like that. And I didn't like it either. But we're okay now.
