So, our first friends from the States came to visit. They're jet-lagged and tired, but we managed to wander the Christmas Markets, eat and drink our way around portions of town today.

Other news, I found out yesterday morning that an ex-girlfriend was found dead in bed my her husband. No known cause of death. Sadly, unless things had changed, I wouldn't rule out O.D.. The girl loved her chemicals. It'll be interesting to find out what it was.

I'm not sure how I feel about it as we had a really bad break up. Between me finding out about various affairs and then her going psycho on me when I started dating someone, it just turned out badly.

Sadly, she was a really nice person that was one of those souls that was just never happy unless in some altered state. She pretty much never went anywhere without chemical assistance of some sort. Oh well, R.I.P. "Poppy".
