looking forward to self appointed going away party
pleased that i got up a wee bit before eight in the am.

must stay productive.
i used the elliptical for a very brief amount of time yesterday and will do it again today
i just want to stay at a thinner weight than before i went away. i tried on a shirt that was a gift for me
well i tried it on a few months ago when he got it for me, shit, had to wedge it on me.
so i was going to give it to good will or sell it or something but i tried it on again and it fit


but i like to drink. but i try to eat healthy and definitely don't drink as often but when i do i can lose control so easily because i can just drink and drink and the little voice in my noodle that should tell me to stop seems to be a mute. And that is why i should not drink.

But Friday, with a group of my friends that will be coming out, i will drink. But i will try so hard not to go over board so i can remember my going away party. Hey Wuggly, you'd remember it better if you didn't drink at all. I can try.
