hi. my face is still beet red. no thanks. i busted out on the orbitreck again. and then followed it with a cold shower. but i'm still very warm. typing in my undies because i am too damn warm to get dressed.

called the aftercare people left another message. AND they called back. my paperwork has been sent to concord and then concord will send me something and then i will get a ride up there? and then... um. beats me. not sure what's up with tonight. i am pleased to be off. i need to do laundry, i finally sewed dinh's jacket. it came out pretty well. makes me fine nice and squishy. wait...no...that's fat.
i will get thinner. for um health reasons, duh. it's not like i'm obsessing over it.
