I really miss my daughter, son in law and grandchildren. They live in North Carolina, as I've mentioned in the past. It's tough for me to go down there to visit. It's also difficult for them to come to New York, since they're trying to cut down on expenses.

We've done the next best thing. My younger daughter bought me a QuickCam so that my family and I can see each other and talk on our computers. I already had a nice online visit with my family this afternoon. It was really nice. It's not nearly as good as being with them in the flesh, but it's not bad.
