I'm feeling much better the last few days. I was really down when I posted my previous blog.

First of all, a special thanks to Fishii and Lizabeth. They called me last Sunday evening. Being able to speak with them made a huge difference in my mood and outlook. I also want to thank all of my other friends who commented on my previous post. You all made a difference.

My landlord came down to talk to me last night. As I mentioned last Sunday, I haven't been able to pay my January rent. To my very pleasant surprise, he was quite understanding and sympathetic. He told me that he always felt that I was a good and decent person and understood that I must be in a really bad way for me not to pay my rent. He let me know that his attorney advised him that he needed to go through the normal landlord/tenant stuff when rent hasn't been paid. I understand and accept that he needs to go through this process in order to protect his interests. The good thing is that the process won't start until the beginning of March, so I can breath a little easier for now. Hopefully, with the continued taking of my medication and counseling, I can get better and be able to resume a normal life.

I've already felt good enough to apply to some local places for part-time work. I feel that this is what I can tolerate for now. That's a step in the right direction. Eventually, I hope to be ready to tackle working full-time.

I bumped into someone the other day who told me that he could use someone to do some work for him tomorrow. It's just some light bookkeeping and it's only for one day. It gives me the opportunity to make a little money, as well as experience a normal work environment for a change. For the last few months, my only steady source of income has been dealing at a poker club on Wednesday nights. It feels good to be able to earn another day's pay tomorrow. Who know's this may lead to something else. Either way, it's better than nothing.

Mae-Ann has been receiving the brunt of my venting. She's so supportive and caring, even though I've been hard on her lately with all of my drama. I'm looking forward to feeling better so that I won't be such an emotional burden on her.

On the recommendation of my friend, mattacme, we went to se "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button". It was really good, even though it was 2 hours and 48 minutes long. Thanks Matt.

My friendLyrical is scheduled to take off for England around 7:00 tonight. We spoke on the phone for a while this past Tuesday. I'm very excited for her. I told her how I wish her a lifetime of happiness as she embarked on this life-changing adventure. We spoke about the wonderful experiences we had together and how important our freindship is. She'll still be an SG member, so we can still communicate from time to time.

I'm looking forward to speaking with Fishii in a few hours. We've become close friends, which makes me very happy.

I'm grateful that I can post a completely positive blog for a change. I know how hard it can be to read negative things all the time when you care about someone. I'm glad that I can post this type of blog, not only for my sake, but also for the sake of all of the people who care about me. I love all of you.

Glad to hear things are looking better for you. I know how hard it is to keep a positive attitude sometimes but I think it's great that you have so many people here giving you support and encouragement.

Who could ever forget him in that role, eh? I cannot see him without laughing a little, even when he is being entirely serious or silent. Her just has that way about him.

Hope things are improving little by little in your life.
