I've been an SG member since February of this year. In all this time, I've never posted a blog where I mentioned politics before today, even though I'm very politically active in my daily life, as well as posting in the Liberal Politics group on this site.
Election Day is a week and a half away. I believe that this is the most important election of our lifetime. It's imperative that Barack Obama become the next president of the United States. Thanks to the damage that the Bush administration has caused over the past eight years, we have never been in as much trouble as we're in now. This country can't survive another Republican presidency.
The polls say that Obama is likely to win. I urge those of you who support him not to take anything for granted. Please make sure you vote on November 4th.

I have an appointment with a recruiter Monday morning. Reallly good friend of my good friend here. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I just need a job right now to start paying some of my medical bills down before they get really bad.
