My relationship with Mae-Ann keeps getting stronger and more serious. We are meeting and getting to know more and more of each other's friends and family. So far everyone has genuinely felt that we are right for each other and can plainly see how happy we've made each other as well.

My thoughts sometimes drift towards my late wife. This coming September will be three years since her passing. I know that she is happy for me. I'm sure that she can tell that Mae-Ann is a good person and good for me to have in my life. Yet, there's also a sadness inside of me since I still miss her. I guess that's normal. I'm definitely ready to continue to go forward. I'm very fortunate to have this wonderful person to share my life with.

I'm still feeling the effects of the loss of the friendship I spoke of a couple of weeks ago. It's a little better, and I'm sure will be less severe with the passage of more time. While I've already done so, I'd like to again thank those of you who sent me words of comfort on my page as well as privately regarding this. That also goes for everyone's genuine happiness for me regarding the good news about my health.
