Its been a little while since I posted a blog and so I was sitting here thinking that there were a few things going on that I felt like laying out on "paper"
First off I've decided that the term "best friend" really means substitute or surrogate boyfriend. After about a year of being somebodies "best friend" I very shockingly realized that I was nothing of the sort and was much more akin to filler. You know like the crap they put in our pet food to make it take up space and fill their little tummies with nothingness? Well that was me. I got seriously flamed for not responding to a text that said something to the effect of "I'm gonna go watch TV now" and a phone call where a voicemail was never left and the phone never even rang so the whole call is rather suspect. Well that was all I needed to put it all together with everything else I'd seen over the year and decide that it wasn't me that was wanted but my attention. Its been three weeks now without said "best friend" and god I feel good! I've lost 5lbs, I've saved a few hundred bucks and I've not driven drunk or tipsy a single time. I've spent more time with me, I've spent more time with other friends, I've cooked more, relaxed more and worried less.
Next on the list is I'm selling my old car for $4,500 spread the word!
98 White Honda Accord EX, manual, new tires, new starter, no dents or dings, Very Clean, CD/MP3 player, XM radio, 121,000 miles EXCELLENT gas mileage!
What else... I'm going to San Francisco in May, YAY! OH and I need a travel buddy who wants to go to Barbados in September. I found a deal that expires in two days for round-trip airfare from Charlotte plus 7 nights, $100 debit card and free breakfast for $480. I think I have one taker but I need to find out how serious that bid is... so hit me up if you're interested. The price is based on double occupancy of the room so don't suggest I go alone, it doesn't work.

Oh yeah! Started talking to my brother Zack a month or so ago. He moved to Charleston this past summer. I haven't talked to him in damn near a decade, its awkward, and strange. I don't ever know what I'm supposed to say, he was like 13 when I knew him last. Still haven't heard from my dad LOL and my mom thought he would call. I'm rather glad he hasn't, means I don't have to answer :-D
