As far the sleeping pills go...I am WITH you. I found Ambien basically useless. I am on seroquel now. A whole 25mg pill knocks me out for 18 hours, but half of one and I sleep for five--vivid, horrible dreams and I wake up the instant it wears off (look at the time!).
