Over the last few weeks this mouth... thing... has gone away, come back, and gone away again. 
The jury is still out, but it looks like for now, I'm smiling again.

Last weekend was the Armageddon Pulp Expo convention here in Auckland. I am old and fugly enough to remember back when it was all just Dungeons & Dragons and Magic:The Gathering and tabletop wargaming and comics. Since then Sony, Nintendo and Microsoft have jumped on board, and all the kids have their stuff there too... much less geeky than it used to be, but just geek enough for me. Besides, I hadn't been for a while.
Some Buffy actors were there: Tom Lenk (Andrew) and Clare Kramer (Glory), and also Summer Glau (River from Firefly), but I was far too shy to approach them, especially with the girls - oh god, could only gape at them from a safe distance.
There was so much cool merch for sale! Had I a much bigger wallet I would have left with arms overflowing, but I managed to keep myself in check, and in the end I did extremely well: $30 for dvds that would normally totalled over $100! Granted, one of the dvds was the 5th out of a 6 dvd set (of which I only own the 1st) and another dvd is spoiler-heavy background for a series I haven't seen yet (but I plan to!), but still, very satisfying.
Lately my sleeping patterns have been becoming drowsy just after midnight, collapsing and sleeping 12+ hours. Sometimes I wonder if I am a narcoleptic. It'd certainly be an interesting excuse.
SO anyway I was taking those pictures and I got the urge to be a little narcissistic and pimp myself out for this thread, but now I don't know, it seems a bit dead.
What do you think? Fit to unleash or nay?
Edit: I went ahead and did it. Not that anyone noticed. Oh well... you guys can see it.
