a trip back to chicago has saved my sanity.

a trip back to chicago to see my first love...will probably cause the sanity to be short lived. but it was worth it, so worth it. going back to someone you were essentially married to for 3 years has a way of making you feel safe. it's nice to know that some things never change, and some people will always care no matter how long it's been since you've talked. for now, i'm going to enjoy the contentment and stability.

maybe there is such a thing as fate and inevitablity.

also, having my momma feed me has been amazing. i feel so taken care of right now.
