We are in the new place.

We have much unpacking to do.

The door jamb is fucked up and needs to be replaced (3 weeks until that happens!) and we found dirt on one of the shelves in the closet. So we're pretty sure the previous residents were growing pot and the cops kicked the door in. No one has lived in this apartment for a while and it was FILTHY. The carpet had to be replaced, I spent half an hour cleaning the shower and it still isn't clean. HOWEVER apart from the dirtyness, it's a nice apartment. I'm sure once we get it shipshape and get shit unpacked it'll be great.

There is too much to do and I don't have another day off until Thursday. And then Friday we leave for WI for devilducky's mum's wedding. I was going to pick up a shift Thursday but maybe I won't. I should get up when DD does and just spend the day unpacking.

Now the question is: Can Wren find the coffeemaker? Because she needs it.
